The French F1 Grand Prix at the end of June came in for much criticism for the processional nature of the racing but July couldn’t be more different. The cars arrive in Hungary this weekend for the final race before the summer break, following three rounds, Austria, Britain and Germany, that provided an abundance of excitement and racing action. As we go to press, the exciting news is that after much discussion within the Spanish government, they along with Formula 1 look set to conclude a new deal for Barcelona, which will see it added to the 2020 calendar and the 30th race to take place at this iconic circuit. There is a little conversation with all the teams that needs to take place, around a 22-race schedule to agree, but it’s expected to be approved. Barcelona has always proved to be a hugely popular race every year and we expect 2020 to be same. To be notified as soon as tickets are available, sign up to our email alert here.
The 2020 Vietnam F1 GP tickets have now officially gone on sale, with a variety of well priced grandstand and hospitality options. The track is currently being constructed ahead of the inaugural 2020 race event and Ross Brawn confirmed F1 is looking to experiment with the track design to drive increased overtaking. You can now also register your interest for the soon to be released Netherlands F1 GP tickets at Zandvoort here, with tickets expected to be available late August/early September. Be sure to follow our Facebook and Instagram pages to keep up-to-date with when we go on sale.

August for Formula 1 will be a quieter month, as the teams take a well-earned mid-season break. On the other hand, MotoGP returns to action this month with races in the Czech Republic, Austria and Britain. Ticket wise, Australia 2020 Grandstand tickets are expected to go on sale later this month. Be sure to keep an eye on the ticket page here and on our Facebook social media channel for news of them these tickets become available.
Mid to late August is often when we get the first provisional look at the calendar. For all those awaiting the dates to start planning your 2020 trips, keep your fingers crossed.
